Plant Maintenance (PM) provides functionality for managing work requests (work orders), equipment, and facilities (buildings and grounds). The PM implementation will bring about consistent methods for scheduling routine maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and projects. PM also provides users with real-time costing of work orders and integrates with the FI, HR/Payroll, and MM modules of IRIS.
Plant Maintenance Go Live occurred on May 7, 2007. The departments of Auxiliary Services (including Housing) and Physical Plant (both Campus and Medical Center Divisions) now use Plant Maintenance to support facility management and operations.

New for 2014, departments can now submit work requests on the myUK Portal under the Enterprise Services tab.
