When placing an employee on FML-Leave of Absence with Pay, is a new assignment necessary?
Answer
If the FML is a Leave with Pay, you do not have to enter an action. You can use the absence codes to track the leave through the time entry process. When/if the employee goes into an unpaid leave status, you then will need to do an action.
