Question

How do I change the FTE for my part-time employees?

Answer

Go to PA40, click FTE Change, and Execute. Put in the action reason, enter, and save.  This will take you to the next screen where you will change the Employee Percent, enter, get through warnings, and save.  Then you will enter in the new salary, enter, and save. The start date for the new position will delimit the old position.
