Question

If I have an employee who is going to take the holiday and bonus days in December, do I need to enter that the person is taking the holiday and bonus days (so it will decrease the amount of holiday time)?

Answer

If the employee is going to take the holidays and bonus days as they are "normally" scheduled to occur, you don't have to enter anything for those days. The system uses a Holiday calendar that contains the official University Holiday dates. Holiday hours populate automatically from this calendar without entering hours. The system will automatically designate the days as holiday.
