Question

How can I print a snapshot of the CAT2 screen to make it look like a timesheet screen?

Answer

1) Click on the Customizing of Local Layout icon available on the toolbar (right side) and select Hard copy. This will only print what is visible on the screen, so you may have to print two hard copies. OR 2) Select the columns you want represented and click on the Print icon.

 

Remember that you also will have the paper copy of the initial timesheet with employee signature on file.
