Question

What if I do not see the "reason for separation" choice that I used in the past in the separation screen ? I have an employee who has finished training and is leaving UK. In the past we chose "other" and gave a description.

Human Resources developed the drop-down list in the separation screen for HR/Payroll implementation. Based on the list, consider using "Graduated", "Other Work", or "Assignment Ended". Contact Employee Relations for clarification if needed. You are correct - you will still need to complete a separation sheet, in addition to completing the separation screen.
