Plant Maintenance (PM) Courses for End-users

 

PM_WO_300 Work Order Processing

This course walks participants through the Plant Maintenance Work Order process in IRIS. Topics include:

• Work Planning
• Materials
• Creating, Changing, and Displaying Work Orders

Note: PM_UK_100 is prerequisite for PM_WO_300.

 

PM_WO_310 Work Order Components

This course focuses on the Components Tab within a work order for Plant Maintenance. It includes requesting both materials and services required to process the work order. Topics include:   

• PM components process through the work order
• Stock, Non-Stock, and Non- File components
• Entering requests for materials/services on the Components Tab to generate through the work order
• Changing components on a work order
• Canceling components on a work order
• Entering item long text on a work order
• Attaching documents to a work order
• Releasing approvals

Note: PM_UK_100 and PM_WO_300 are prerequisites for PM_WO_310.

 

PM_TP_300 PM Time Processing

This course will focus on the timekeeping process for Plant Maintenance work orders. Topics include:       

• Entering work order time in CATS for both payroll and cost allocation purposes
• Making edits if changes need to be made
• Entering leave and break time
• Approving all entered time
• Transferring the time to IRIS-HR/Payroll and Plant Maintenance

Note: PM_UK_100 is prerequisite for PM_TP_300.
