Request to Schedule an Assessment Workshop

The Office of Assessment provides workshops to educational units, individuals, and academic support units. If you would like to schedule a workshop please complete the below form.

Please allow for a two-week turn-around time depending on availability of assessment personnel.

Multiple workshops to be conducted for your department/unit can be scheduled as a series. Please contact Leah Simpson at leah.simpson@uky.edu to schedule a series of assessment workshops.
