- Electronic Facility Technology System (eFacTS) - Provides information regarding facility information.
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprises - UK is committed to serve as an advocate for minority, women, and disabled-owned businesses. Businesses are encouraged to register and take advantage of events organized by Facilities Management.
- Sustainability Committee - created in March 2008, the committee meets monthly and reports to President Todd. The committee develops and releases reports identifying efforts made by UK in terms of sustainability.
