Office of Institutional Research

Institutional Research plays an active role in carrying out research to identify campus needs and priorities. It is also responsible for preparing and analyzing data for official reports to the University, state, federal and other external agencies.

The Office of Institutional Research plays an active role in:

• Compiling and disseminating historical data on enrollments, degrees conferred, and retention and graduation rates
• Conducting ad hoc studies on significant policy issues
• Maintaining a compendium of statistics on faculty and staff
• Managing and reporting on the Teacher/Course Evaluation process
• Conducting and analyzing student and alumni surveys
• Carrying out research to identify campus needs and clarify institutional priorities
