Station Camp-On
Allows a station user,
after trying to call a station and receiving a busy tone, to request
the system to call back when both stations are idle.
Upon
dialing another station and hearing busy tone:
- Switchhook flash/Link (Listen
for flash tone)
- Key * 5 2 (Listen
for confirmation tone)
- Hang up
- Station Camp-On will automatically
cancel if not answered after a few rings.
- Station Camp-On is automatically
canceled if both parties are not idle for 6 seconds within a 30-minute
period.
- When called party is idle, your
station will ring with distinctive pattern (3 short rings). Upon
answer, the system will connect you to the called party.
To
cancel:
- Lift handset
- Key * 5 3 (Listen
for confirmation tone)
- Hang up
