IT Customer Service Center
The main IT website is now available at the new site.
Offering support to faculty, staff and students, the IT CSC is UK's resource for computing assistance in-person or self-help online. The IT CSC provides information about computing resources, antivirus solutions, e-mail, other accounts, and various other IT services.
Providing quality service is our goal.

Located in 111 McVey Hall (859-257-1300), the IT CSC hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., or visit the IT Customer Service Center website.
The IT CSC is the first point of contact for computer assistance at UK. For example, you may have software problems, networking problems, or you can't log in. Call us first. We will do the leg work necessary to determine what sort of problem you are having and direct you to the correct resource.
