Projects

Some projects will include correcting data in the source system (FRS, HRS, SIS, etc), while others will standardize data in the Data Warehouse.
  • IQUP0001 - Cleanse vendor file data in FRS.
  • IQUP0008 - Cleanse building code and name, and room number data on the institutional systems.
  • IQUP0010 - Cleanse ethnic code data in SIS and HRS.
  • IQUP0011 - Cleanse country code data in SIS, FRS and HRS.
  • IQUP0019 - Cleanse HRS address records using MailerSoftware and USPO standards.
  • IQUP0020 - Evaluate/fix bad ID and/or name for same person in SIS and HRS. Look at student, faculty and staff IDs and names in systems, and make consistent.
  • IQUP0024 - Collect credential information for all instructors per SACS recommendations
