Faculty and Staff names are entered into the directory
from information provided by HRS. For name changes in HRS, contact
your department's business officer.
Campus and home telephone numbers, campus addresses,
and nicknames for employees are provided by your department and
maintained by Communications & Network Systems for use in the
printed campus phone book.
If your information does not appear in the phone
book, contact your department for an explanation of why you were
not included. You will then need to complete the Faculty-Staff Information
form available on page 75 of the current phone book and forward
it to:

in the printed University Directory or in the on-line directories,
Ph or WhoIs. Just send your updated information to Communications
