    Consultation Hold
    This feature allows you to place a caller on hold, then consult privately with a third party

    • Ask the first party to wait.
    • Switchhook flash/Link
      (Listen for flash tone)
    • Key in the third party’s number
    • Consult privately

          To return to the original party:

    • Allow the consulted party to hang up
    • Use Switchhook flash/Link to reconnect to the original party.

    Call Hold
    You can place an existing call on hold and make another call or initiate other functions without disconnecting the held call. You can have only one call on hold at a time.

    • Ask the party to wait
    • Switchhook flash/Link (Listen for flash tone)
    • Key  *  0  (Listen for confirmation tone)
    • Place handset beside the telephone

           To return to the held party:

    • Hang up (Your phone will ring)
    • Lift handset to talk to the held party

           Call Hold & Place Another Call

    • Ask the party to wait
    • Switchhook flash/Link (Listen for flash tone)
    • Key  *  0  (Listen for confirmation tone)
    • Key in number of the second party  *  0  (Listen for ringback tone).
      Note: If you encounter a busy signal, no answer, or you make an error in dialing, enter switchhook flash/Link twice to reconnect to the original party
           To alternate between parties:
    • Enter Switchhook flash/Link
    • Key  *  0
