Assistance
Connecting UK: Our service team can meet
your requests for a phone number, or connect you to any University of Kentucky
department or individual.
Special Services: We are here to assist
you when you need special services including
- Setting up conference calls
- Telephone Device for the Deaf (TDD) calling assistance
as a means to provide call services to individuals with hearing challenges,
and
- Providing a means for language translation for
those who converse in other languages than English.
Conference Calling: To place an order for conference calling please use the CNS Service Request Form http://www.uky.edu/IT/CNS/forms/contact.html. Select the Conference Call Request Item in the drop down menu of the form. You should be contacted within 1 business day with the necessary information for placing a conference call.
If you need to place a conference call immediately please call Telephone Operations at (859) 257-3700.
Medical Center Information: If you need
information on the location or phone number of a patient within the UK Chandler
Medical Center, or need to be connected to UK Hospital services, we can
assist you.
Customer Education: Need help using international
long-distance? Want a tour of the campus? Or, want to connect to a particular
service but aren’t sure which University department, college or campus
provides that service? Let us help you find what you need.
