Updating the Account Manager
Introduction
This document covers how to login the Account Manager, forward your email, and set your From Address in Exchange to be your current email address.

Locating the Account Manager
The Account Manager is located at https://ukam.uky.edu/manager/
Logging into the Account Manager
You will be prompted to login to the account manager, where prompted enter your current userID and password. You should not enter any domain information on this form, so there is no need to enter "AD\" or "MC\" before your userID.

Forwarding your email
- From the main menu click on the "Change email forwarding address".

- You will be prompted to complete a small form in which you will need to enter your Exchange Email Address twice. Make sure to enter your Exchange email address which ends in @email.uky.edu

- Once you have completed the form click the Submit Change button to save your changes.
- You will be automatically returned to the main menu
Setting your "From" Address in Exchange.
- From the main Account Manager menu select the option for "Change email forwarding address"

- Carefully enter your desired email address, if you have never used the University Email Address before and do not wish to begin doing so, simply enter your current userID in the filed for your University Email Address. Scroll down slightly and select the Yes option to set your "From" address in Exchange to be the same as the address listed in the box at the top of this page.

- Click the Submit Change in order to submit your request.
- You will be automatically returned to the main menu when your request is processed.
Logging out of the Account Manager.
From the main Account Manager menu click the Logout link.
