Creating an Active Directory Account
Introduction
Active Directory Accounts are automatically created as part of a user's Link Blue (http://www.uky.edu/webuk/subpages/linkblue.html) account. Accounts are typically created within two business days of a user being accepted as an admitted applicant for students, or within two business days of their official hire date for employees.
New users will need to Activate their account before it can be used to access myUK or their Exchange Email. Information about activating your account, including the default password, is avaialble in the following Wiki article: WIKI: Activating Your Link Blue Account
