DEFINITION OF STANDARD:
This standard defines the operation and delivery of Technology Training Services that provide UK Faculty, Students and Staff with classes and resources for developing skills in use of desktop systems, application software and computing services.

RATIONALE:
Common standard platforms provide the opportunity for least cost technical support, by reducing the need for comprehensive training on a wide range of products.

Approved/Supported Minimum Standard(s):
Use of Executrain Virtual Campus (EVC)
and instructor-led training. Only training on supported software will be offered.
