All computing activities under the domain of the University of Kentucky are to be conducted in conformance with the Policy Governing Access to and use of University of Kentucky Computing Resources, copies of which are available on-line via the University's homepage and in printed form at the Information the Systems Help Desk. Principle C of the Policy states, "The user may not use computing resources for any illegal or unauthorized act; in particular, the user may not use computing resources to violate any state or federal laws or any of the regulations specified in the Governing Regulations, the Administrative Regulations, the Student Rights and Responsibilities Handbook (Code of Student Conduct), the University System Faculty Handbook, or the Staff Handbook."
Nothing in this statement of Web policy is to be construed as modifying or superseding the Policy Governing Access to and use of University of Kentucky Computing Resources or the other University policies relating to computing, publications, intellectual property, and other relevant subjects.
