November Tip of the Month
The "Tip of the Month" is designed to share UK Internal Audit’s (UKIA) audit and advisory experiences with the UK community. The UKIA Tip of the Month for November 2015 pertains to reporting of unusual, illegal or dishonest behavior..
UK Internal Audit works to support all aspects of the University and utilize its best resources for information. University faculty, staff, students, vendors and the public are encouraged to contact UK Internal Audit for reporting questionable activity.There are two ways to make a report to UK Internal Audit.
The first option is to contact UK Internal Audit at (859) 257-3126 or through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at Contact UKIA. Reports can be made to UK Internal Audit anonymously or you can leave your contact information. If you prefer anonymous reporting, leave your Reason for Contact without your contact information. Reports can be related to concerns, encompassing but not limited to, misuse of funds, theft, personal misconduct and other inappropriate behavior concerning operations, information systems or compliance. UK Internal Audit adheres to stringent confidentiality and ethical codes of conduct; information received by UK Internal Audit will be maintained to these standards.
The second option is the Comply Line, you can call 1-877-898-6072, or tips can be submitted at mycompliancereport.com. This third party reporting resource is accessible to University faculty, staff, students, vendors and the public. The Comply Line is an anonymous tool to report university related concerns, encompassing but not limited to, misuse of funds, theft, personal misconduct and other inappropriate behavior such as bullying or harassment. Reports may be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
