Greetings and welcome back to UK !
As we all prepare for the upcoming Fall semester to begin, we would like to extend a warm welcome back! We have a lot of new programs to announce, along with some important information regarding your ISP 599 grade. Please read the following information carefully:
If you have checked your grade for the ISP 599 course, you have noticed that your grade is an "I" for incomplete. As stated in your application, the ISP 599 course grade is dependent on three items: Pre-departure Quiz, Program Evaluation, and Re-entry session. Once all of these items have been satisfied, we will change your grade from "I" to "P," pass. Please be advised that failure to satisfy the requirements of the course within a year, by UK policy, will change the "I" to an "F" grade, and the re-entry sessions are limited to the dates below.
The program evaluation is available on our website. We encourage your candid replies, and we take the program evaluations very seriously. The evaluations are essential for the advisors to assist future students. By helping us evaluate which programs are offering quality experiences for our students. We appreciate your time and energy.
The re-entry sessions are designed for you to examine the What? So What? and Now What? of your program abroad. This is an excellent time to connect with your peers who have also just returned from abroad. Topics to be discussed include how to market your experiences abroad on your resume and in job interviews, what other opportunities or scholarships may be available for future study/work/volunteer abroad, incorporating ways of life learned abroad into your home routine, and some of our new workshops available for returned students. We hope to create opportunities for networking and socializing with your fellow returned students, and we look forward to these conversations. Please feel free to bring stories and photos along to share! Refreshments will be provided.
We have scheduled seven re-entry sessions at different times and days of the week to ensure that everyone can find one that fits their schedule. You must attend one of the following :
