Relationship Enhancement® Training for International Students
Relationship Enhancement® is a free training program is specially-designed to give international students the tools to successfully navigate the relationships in their lives while here in America and in their countries of origin. International students from several Kentucky colleges and universities will come together to explore topics, including effective communication, problem solving and tips for managing money and stress. Participants will return in April for additional instruction on leading similar workshops on campus or in their countries of origin.
The first workshop will take place on Friday, February 6 at the IDEALS of Kentucky office in Frankfort, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Additional weekend classes will be offered in February and March in 8-hour or 4-hour sessions.
Relationship Enhancement® is provided by IDEALS of KY, the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI), the Bluegrass Healthy Marriage Initiative (BHMI) and the UK Department of Family Studies.
