OIA Announcements: Candlelight Vigil for Mumbai and Other Resources

Given the recent bombings in Mumbai, India and the political turmoil in Bangkok, Thailand, the Office of International Affairs and the University would like to express their heartfelt sympathy and extend support and assistance to any student affected by these incidents. The following events and resources are available:
I. A Candlelight Vigil for the Victims of the Attacks in Mumbai
The Indian Student Association invites the campus to a candlelight vigil on Tuesday, December 2 at 7 p.m. Participants are asked to meet in the Courtyard of Bradley Hall.
II. Support from the UK Counseling and Testing Center
The staff at the Counseling & Testing Center is available to speak with students and provide assistance during this time. If you or someone you know has been impacted by these events and are experiencing some strong emotional or physical reactions please feel free to call the Counseling & Testing Center at 257-8701, or drop in without an appointment at 201 Frazee Hall, Monday-Friday between 8-5 p.m.
