Airport Pick Up Information
At the beginning of each semester, IHP hosts hosts meet new students at the airport and drive them to their assigned housing. Hosts volunteer will be provided with the student's name, flight number, arrival time and destination address. One option for checking the status of a flight is to visit the Lexington Blue Grass Airport Web site for a current flight map. The best resource for checking flight status is the specific airline's Web site.
Some students may need to purchase a few essential items before being taken to their residence
Destination Information: Many students live in university housing upon arrival in Lexington. Temporary housing is available in one of the residence halls before the start of the semester.

| Picking Up Keys for Graduate and Family Housing Residents: Before 3 p.m. Monday-Friday, keys may be picked up in the Graduate and Family Housing Office in the Cooperstown Complex. New residents who have been assigned an apartment and arrive after 3 p.m. Monday-Friday or on weekends may pick up keys in Donovan Hall. Look for the entrance marked "24/7 ResNet-Fixit Office," which is located on the Donovan Drive side of the building, off Rose Street. Hosts cannot pick up keys for students. |
