International undergraduate and graduate students at UK may apply for a host family with the International Hospitality Program. Students are encouraged to share information about their country, culture and way of life with their host family through sharing photos, cooking traditional foods or inviting hosts to one of their nationality group celebrations.
Anyone interested in participating in the International Hospitality Program should fill out the application. Students must attend a mandatory IHP orientation to be matched with a host. These orientation sessions are held during Welcome Week at the beginning of each semester. For information on orientations contact Elif Bengu.
