Check-In & Orientation

The earliest permitted date of arrival in the U.S. is 30 days before the start date on the I-20 or DS -2019.

New graduate and undegraduate international students must check in with the Office of International Affairs prior to registering for classes. Click here for instructions on scheduling a Check-In Session. Bring your passport, I-94 card, I-20 or DS-2019 and acceptance letter to this session, and an OIA staff member will help you open your file.

Summer I & II 2012

Fall 2012: Undergraduate & Graduate
