International Student Scholarship & Viji Jeganathan Scholarship for Cross-Cultural Understanding are awarded by the Office of International Affairs (OIA). Application dates will be distributed by the OIA listserv when applications are available.
1. International Student Tuition Scholarship
Approximately twenty $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to F-1 or J-1 undergraduate and graduate students based on strong academic scholarship and financial need.

2. Viji Jeganathan Scholarship for Cross-Cultural Understanding
This is a $1,000 endowed scholarship in memory of an outstanding international student, Viji Jeganathan. The purpose of the scholarship is to recognize an individual who demonstrates leadership and ability in bridging cultural differences and who by example promotes communication among students of diverse nationalities at UK or in the Lexington Community. (For international and American students)
