KGS ANNUAL SEMINAR FOCUSES ON RESEARCH AND POLICY RELATED TO CARBON STORAGE

The 48th KGS Annual Seminar is scheduled for Friday, May 23 at the Well Sample and Core Library, 2500 Research Park Drive in Lexington.  The topic will be a timely one:  Carbon Storage Research and Policy.  KGS has been working recently on several state-funded research projects on geologic carbon storage as well as several related projects funded by the federal government and regional partnerships.

Speakers at this free seminar will discuss research, policy, legal and regulatory issues. The seminar begins with on-site registration at 8:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided.
