The Kentucky Geological Survey is not now nor has it ever been a partner of Heartland Resources, Incorporated, a company in the business of soliciting investments to drill oil and gas wells in Kentucky. This disclaimer includes any and all of their affiliated aliases or assigns including Heartland Operating Company, Heartland Drilling, Incorporated, Heartland Excavating, Incorporated, and Hydrocarbon Operating Company.

The Survey is a research and public service institute within the University whose mission is to provide public access to data, maps, and reports concerning the natural resources of the Commonwealth. While any entity is granted free use of oil and gas well data posted on our web site, the Survey does not endorse or otherwise support the use of that information to compile or offer solicitations for investments.
