Poster specifications

Oral presentations may be supported by a poster or computer demonstration. In addition, each participating organization is encouraged to present one or more poster displays.  Please indicate during registration if you will be presenting a poster so we can plan accordingly.

Mounting

The display portion of the poster boards measure 4 feet high by 8 feet wide and have a royal blue background.  Your display can be attached to the board with Velcro strips or tacks (which will be provided).  Tape cannot be used to attach your display to the poster board.  Additional information concerning poster set-up will be given to you when you register. Conference representatives will be available during the formal poster set-up times to answer any questions you might have.
