Livingston, Kentucky

Livingston is a southeastern Rockcastle county town on the Rockcastle River. The settlement was originally named Fish Point and was renamed Livingston Station in the 1870s after the arrival of the railroad. The Fish Point post office opened in 1840, was renamed Livingston Station in 1879, and finally Livingston in 1882. The population in 1990 was 241.
