Skullbuster is a Scott county community at the junction of Glass Road and Skinnersburg Road about eight miles northwest of Georgetown. It never had a post office.

The name is said to come from the low door of the Corinth Christian Church, which was also known as Skullbuster, in the early nineteenth century.
