Year 2000 Annual Meeting in D.C. Our section meeting's topic was the internet's effect on public international law. Panelists included Joe Dellapenna of Villanova, Hank Perritt of Chicago-Kent, Tony D'Amato of Northwestern, and Ruth Wedgwood of Yale.
