Planned Giving

There are a variety of ways in which gifts to the College of Law can be structured to provide tax and other benefits to the donor while providing for the charitable benefit to the College. The College of Law Dean's Office and the experts in the University of Kentucky Office of Development are happy to work personally with donors to present the various options and develop the best structure for such gifts.
