Michael P. Healy, Associate Dean and Professor of Law, came to the College in 1990. He received his undergraduate degree from Williams College and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania where he was Articles Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and was elected to membership in the Order of
the Coif. Prior to entering law teaching, Professor Healy was an attorney with the Appellate Section of the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from 1987-90, an associate with Shea & Gardner in Washington, D.C. from 1985-1987, and a law clerk ofr Judge Edward R. Becker of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1984-1985.
He is the coauthor of a casebook on Administrative Law (Aspen 2003) and has published law review articles in the areas of administrative law, environmental law, international environmental law, and statutory interpretation.
