Faculty and Administration Profiles

The outstanding quality of the faculty and their dedication to good teaching are two major strengths of the Law College. Eight members of the law faculty have been named among UK’s Great Teachers, and six of these faculty are currently teaching at the College. UK Law faculty are nationally and internationally known for their expertise in areas ranging from housing law to white collar crime. All faculty members are full-time teachers. Alumni support has created a number of endowed professorships, allowing the College to hire and retain scholars of truly outstanding caliber. Add to this the strong tradition of faculty open doors which enhances student progress and success and the result is a truly excellent program of legal education, ranking among the best in the nation.
