Stephen J. Vasek is an Associate Professor of Law and has taught at the College since 1969. He was also Assistant Dean of the College. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a law degree from Northwestern University where he served on the Northwestern University Law Review. In addition, he received an LL.M. degree from the Harvard Law School. He worked in the tax department of Arthur Andersen & Co. Professor Vasek teaches numerous courses in the taxation, business, and international fields. His publications include articles in the Prentice-Hall Taxation of International Operations, the Kentucky Law Journal, the Journal of Mineral Law & Policy and the Journal of Comparative Law.
