Allan W. Vestal, Professor of Law, joined the College of Law faculty in 2000. He was on the faculty of the Washington and Lee University School of Law from 1989 to 2000, where he taught in the areas of partnership and corporation law, commercial law, and real estate. Prior to teaching, he practiced law in Wisconsin and Iowa for a total of ten years. He received his B.A. in 1976 and his J.D. in 1979, both from Yale University and is a member of the American Law Institute.
