UK Fellowships

The University of Kentucky sponsors several fellowships for UK undergraduates who attend graduate or professional school at UK.

These fellowships are:
- Charles T. Wethington, Jr. Fellowships for Graduate or Professional Study
- W.L. Matthews, Jr. and Otis A. Singletary Fellowships for Graduate or Professional Study

The UK Fellowships are for $12,000 - $20,000 and are awarded on the basis of academic achievement and contributions to UK as an undergraduate. An application is required, which usually is due by mind-February. The application process is handled by UK's Graduate Fellowship office, and is publicized each spring in the Kentucky Kernel. Outstanding UK undergraduates who are interested in UK Law are encouraged to apply for the Wethington, Matthews and Singletary fellowships.
