Clinical Enterprise matters including healthcare law and healthcare institutions, regulatory issues, employment and labor law, purchasing, contracts, medical malpractice, risk management, and the University Hospital Committee of the Board of Trustees. University-wide representation in areas of taxation, tax exemption and employee retirement and health benefit plans, and other areas as needed.
