PATRON HAS OVERDUES

POLICY

Patrons can be advised of overdue materials if they request that information. The system does not automatically alert patrons to overdue material during routine functions, e.g., charge, discharge. Patrons can also check the overdue status online via InfoKat, the Libraries' online catalog.

PROCEDURE

If a patron requests information as to existing overdue material, click on the "drawer" icon on the Patron Record screen.
