PATRON OWES FINES OR FEES

POLICY

Patrons can find out about fines or fees at any circulation point or on InfoKat, the Libraries' online catalog.

PROCEDURE

If the patron requests an itemization of such fines or fees, select the Fine / Fee icon from the charge / renew screen or the Patron Record screen or direct patron to InfoKat "My Library Account" button to view fine / fee information.
