POLICY
Each Service Unit is responsible for reporting its hours of operation.
PROCEDURE
A schedule listing the due date for each calendar will be calculated and emailed to all Service Units and will be posted on CommonWeb. Service Units will notify the Systems Librarians by the due date indicated on the listing. Calendars will indicate the usual hours of operation for each day of the week during the Calendar period. Dates that are exceptions to the usual dates of operation should be submitted with the hours of operation.
NOTE: If open or closing hours change unexpectedly, the staff will need to backdate items manually.
