RENEWAL OF MATERIAL WITH RECALLS OR HOLDS

POLICY

Items with recalls or holds cannot be renewed.

PROCEDURE

Renewal attempts of items with recalls or holds are blocked and cannot be overriden. A patron should have received a recall notice but may not be aware that a hold has been placed on the item and should be advised to return the material.
