• Regional Depository CD/DVD Database
  This Excel spreadsheet is the result of an evaluation of the University of Kentucky's holdings of federal government CD/DVDs done in FY 2003/2004 by Tom Byrnes, a student at the University of Kentucky School of Library and Information Science, under the direction of Sandee McAninch, Regional Depository Librarian. The spreadsheet provides a detailed analysis of the useability of each CD/DVD in the UK Regional Depository collection. These results were presented to the Government Information Technology Committee (GITCO) of the ALA Government Documents Round Table (GODORT) at the ALA Midwinter Conference in San Diego, January 2004, and at the Depository Library Council meeting in St. Louis, April 2004.

• Regional Depository Needs Lists (Word files)
  These lists are composed of items that the University of Kentucky Federal Depository Collection is known to not own in a tangible form. There are separate lists for paper, microform and electronic formats. The lists are in Superintendent of Documents (SuDoc) call number order, and the dates of items are listed when known. Kentucky federal selective depositories should consult these lists when composing exchange lists to send to the Regional Depository. If an item appears on this list, depositories may send that item directly to the Federal Depository Team in Young Library at UK instead of listing it. Needs lists will be updated as replacement items arrive.
