Equipment or furniture needs:  Note that a projection screen, piano, 5 music stands, podium, 49 chairs, and one large table are always present in the Gallery.

Digital projector (to use with personal laptop, Mac users must supply adapter)  

Smart cart (includes computer, projector, DVD/VCR player, speakers)    

Document camera (must be used in conjuction with smart cart or digital projector)  

Slide projector (2 projectors available, indicate # needed)

Video cart (VCR/DVD and 32" monitor)

Flip chart stand/pad/markers (2 are available, indicate # needed) 

8-foot folding tables (4 are available, indicate # needed)

Sound cabinet (CD and cassette players; amp/speakers)

** The Niles Gallery is reserved for UK-affiliated activities only. It is NOT available for private rehearsals or recitals or other events not directly associated with the University. It is not reserved in advance for rehearsals other than those for Gallery events but may be used on a drop-in basis if available.
*** Maximum seating in the Gallery is 49, including performers or presenters. Fire code prevents us bringing in additional chairs.
