Journal of Participatory Medicine: New Open Access Journal

The Journal of Participatory Medicine is a new open access journal which explores the extent to which shared decision-making in health care, and deep patient engagement, affect outcomes. Journal co-editors Jessie Gruman, PhD, and Charles W. Smith, MD, represent the patient advocacy and health care professional sides of the equation.
