The Kentucky State Plan for Federal Depository Libraries provides a strategic plan for transferring the Federal Depository Library Program's three guiding principles of availability, distribution, and free use of all government information to the local, operational level at each depository library for the benefit of all Kentucky citizens. Moreover, the State Plan provides suggested methods for applying assessment measures to our stated goals for those institutions that are required or desire to gauge success and improvement of services on a cyclical planning basis.
