Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass B Recruitment
The Director of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Cultural Center works closely with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass to assist in the recruitment of students. The center's director seeks to introduce the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass program to students and other interested parties by arranging informational meetings and visiting with organizations.
Cultural Lifelines

This includes concerts by cultural giants such as Sonny Rollins and the Count Basie Band, as well as lectures by literary giants such as Maya Angelou and bell hooks.
